This apparatus is the epoch-making system, because of its' landmark approach to recycle and to reuse the collected used organic solvent, which used to be disposed by waste products disposing companies. It helps reducing cost very much, but also to contribute to environmental preservation for keeping the earth clean, and to save natural resources.
Model PPA-4010FS is equipped with Still Flask of 20 Liter capacity ,and
numbers of Theoretical plate are 30 plates. On request, the following specification can be
delivered as customers option :
･ Recycle of collected used solvent at hospitals, universities and clinical
･ Recycle of collected used solvent from washing process for semi conductors
･ Recycle of different kind of used solvents from washing plant.
(1) It helps reducing cost very much, but also to contribute to environmental
preservation for eeping the earth clean, and to save natural resources.
(2) The materials which contacts to the solvent are: stainless steel,
Teflon or Glass. Therefore, the apparatus is strong and durable against
corrosion. On top of that, it recover clean solvent without contamination.
(3) Through-put Rate at Still Flask is fast as 7 Liter/Hr.
It can be varied depend upon Reflux ratio, however, through-put speed
of 1 〜 1.5 Liter/Hr. can be achieved provided that Reflux ratio R/D=5/1.
(4) Automatic power cut-off is carried out by automatic monitoring and
control system as distillation process comes to final step.
(5) Automatic fractionating control system enables to separate into 3 fractions
(such as Ethanol, Xylene etc.)
