This equipment is special distillation equipment, which is needed for the measurement examination of the fruit-juice products specified by the I.F.F.J.P method. It is the distillation equipment, which included 3 kinds of the fruit-juice products testing that is volatile acid, and recoverable oil, and ethyl alcohol. If selection operation of 3 kinds of all or the one part is started from the switches of an operation panel, so it is carried out on an automatically mechanism. The I.F.F.J.P method examination distillation is completed. Performed at switch operation simply also to testing glassware washing after steam distillation and other distillations, and dryness operation. 2. Fruit-juice products testing
(1) Distillation for ethanol

distillation column.
･ Add needed solution and agent to 500 ml
receiver.
And set under the condenser.
･ If distillation is started, an automatic

decided time.
(2) Distillation of volatile acid
･ Measure weight and charge
target sample 5gr to a charging pipe inner side.
･ Attach 500ml of still flasks, starting
distillation and introducing steam.
･ It is Distillates liquid to a Distillates
liquid receiver 100ml.
An automatic end is carried out when 60ml is obtained.
(3) Distillation

target sample 25gr to a still flask 300ml,
and pure water 10ml,ethanol 25ml are added. Set this still flask to an
recoverable oil distillation column.
